Groups
The team at the Almonry is happy to welcome groups and assist in any way to make the visit run as smoothly as possible. If you would like to speak to a member of the team before making the booking, please call 01386 446944 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Group Entry is for 10 or more paying visitors and requires 4 weeks notice.
Please print off and complete the booking form and send to the Almonry Museum with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00. Cheques should be made payable to Evesham Town Council.
Risk assessment forms are attached for you to download if necessary. Please note that there is no wheelchair access to the interior of the building, only the front lobby and the garden, with prior notification.
Group Charges
We operate a sliding scale of charges for groups: should a guide be required, there is an additional charge of £5.00.
- Less than 20 £1.50 per head
- More than 20, less than 40 £1.40 per head
- More than 40 £1.30 per head
Vale Visits!
We are also partners in the 4* Day Out Scheme for groups visiting Evesham. This wonderful day out includes:
- Coffee and biscuits on arrival
- Free time to explore the town and have lunch
- A guided tour around the Almonry Heritage Centre
- A 45 minute boat trip (with commentary)
- A cream tea can be arranged for an additional fee

Painting Groups: looking for new subject matter? Why not try this crooked, timbered, Grade I listed building? We can provide a tranquil setting, tea and coffee and a picnic site. Afterwards you can hold an exhibition of your creations here in our Lecture Hall. Please contact us at the Almonry for further details. |
