Crafty workshops inspired by spy craft

Make a Spy Bag Workshop: Join us on Thursday 1st August at 11am, or on Friday 23rd August at 2.30pm. Decorate your own spy bag using fabric markers and write a secret message to hide inside.

A Summer of Spies 20th July to 31st August

Find out more about WW2 spies and Operation Fortitude have a go at different types of codebreaking and learn about how spies such a as Phyllis Latore Doyle helped in the lead up to D Day. See items from or military collection not usually on display.

We have something for all the family with a range of summer workshops and two spy themed kids trails throughout the summer priced at £1 each. A spotter trail for our younger visitors and a codebreaking mission trail for older children. Grown ups can have a go at deciphering with a cipher disk or try out signalling in semaphore. Standard admission prices apply.

Join us Saturday August 3rd at 7pm and find out about the ‘Mysterious Medieval Graffiti found in the Medieval Buildings of the Worcestershire Area’. this illustrated talk, by Wayne Perkins, is a fascinating insight into the world of medieval inscriptions.

This event is raising money for the Almonry Restoration Project. Tickets are £10 per person. Places are limited so booking is essential. To book either visit the Almonry or use the Book Here button at the top of the screen.
